#PlantBasedBowl challenge Feb 22-Mar 18

Cafes around the city are crafting their best plant-based bowl for Vancouver Foodster’s #PlantBasedBowl challenge running from Feb 22-Mar 18. Our submission is a base of spinach and lettuce tossed in a creamy avocado lime dressing, with a side of spiced grilled tempeh by @Tempea, roasted smoky carrot sticks, crowned with crispy blue corn tortilla chips and finished off with sunflower sprouts from @GiddyUpAndGrow. It’s a rainbow of a dish!

Taste your way through the challenge and then vote at Vancouver Foodster’s Facebook page!

It is a family friendly walk starting at the Vancouver Art Gallery. The march starts at 1pm, however the event starts at noon to make time for mingling, picking up t-shirts and making posters. VMTCAS T-shirts are available for purchase at the event, however if you don’t want to buy one please just wear red. For more information on the route, the chants and more about the movement please visit their website: or their Facebook page:

This is a very important event with a very important message that us at Eternal Abundance are very passionate about. We believe in freedom and justice for all living beings.
