Eternal Abundance is hosting a five course Valentine’s prix fixe dinner on Feb 14th. The menu includes raw and cooked food options, as well as a wine pairing option.
We will service of our regular menu at 3pm, and the grocery section will close at 3:30pm.

‘Tis the season for holiday treats, and as always we’re offering delicious healthy small batches of our favourite seasonal foods. Come by to enjoy Mince Pie, Pumpkin Pie, or (or and!) a piece of Shortbread. For Drinks we’ve also got Hot Apple Cider and Hemp Nog.
All of these treats can be enjoyed during Happy Hour every weekday from 4-6pm. Buy one dessert and one hot drink and receive $1 off!
Everyone is invited to spend an evening enjoying good company, good conversation, and GREAT food! This year’s Winter Potluck is on Sun, Nov 17 at 7:30pm! Hosted by Emily of This Rawsome Vegan Life and Eternal Abundance, it will also be a book drive benefitting EcoJustice. Emily will bring many of her barely-psed vegan cookbooks available for donation for $5-$20. It’s a great time to stock up on recipes and literature, for yourself or as gifts!
ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW:
– Bring one vegan dish that will serve at least 6 people.
– It’d be great if you could post what dish you’re gonna bring.
– Label the ingredients for people with sensitivities.
– BRING YOUR OWN PLATE AND CUTLERY.
– We will start eating around 7:45.
– You do not have to be vegan to participate! But you do have to be a nice person. NO racism, sexism, ableism, body-shaming, transphobia or homophobia allowed. Ask for people’s pronouns and respect them. ♥

Cool weather calls for warming spices and harvest fruits and vegetables, so we’ve brought back our pumpkin pie! Gluten-free, organic, and vegan of course. We roast the kabocha squash in house, and serve the pie with an optional drizzle of cashew cream. Recommended to enjoy with a Vanilla Rooibos tea or Chai Latte.
