Organic Wakame Flakes

Description

Used for centuries in Japan, wakame is a nutritionally-packed sea vegetable. Not only a rich source of Omega-3 fatty acid, it also has high levels of sodium, calcium, iodine, thiamine, and niacin. Having a subtly sweet flavour, wakame is most often used in soups and salads. Harvested from the Atlantic off the East Coast of Canada.
