Description
Bay leaves come from Laurus nobilis, the aromatic evergreen tree native to the Mediterranean region. Commonly used in European cooking, the leaves are often used to flavor soups, stews, sauces, vegetable dishes and pâtés. For greater flavour crush leaves before cooking and put in removable tea infuser. Grown in Turkey.
