Description
Native to southern Russia and the Mediterranean, dill is unique as both leaves and seeds are used as seasonings. Traditionally used as a stomach soother and an insomnia reliever, dill seeds are stronger and more flavorful than the leaves. The taste is similar to caraway, and is aromatic, sweet and citrusy, but also slightly bitter. Enjoy in pickles, dips, soups and sauces. Grown in the US.
