Description
Rolled oats provide lasting energy, and serve as a very good source of manganese, and a good source of fiber, magnesium, selenium, zinc and phosphorus. Yummy with a little banana, cinnamon, and shredded coconut, in baking, etc. Grown in the Canadian Prairies.
