Spicier than black pepper, this whole white pepper is fairly traded and direct from a farmers’ cooperative in Karnataka State in the south of India by Gathering Place Trading Company on Cortes Island, BC. Grown in the multi-tiered food forests of the cooperative, it is most commonly seen vining up coconut trees thriving in the partial shade. Non-irradiated and from the most recent harvest, ensuring freshness and exceptional flavour.
