Description
Celery seed imparts a celery flavour and is a little sweet and slightly bitter. Grind it and add to soups, roasted veggies, grain dishes, sauces, etc. The seed lends flavour to delicate dishes like the vegetable does, but without the stringiness (and it won’t rot. It happens). Grown in Egypt.
