Adzuki beans are a relatively sweet red bean providing substantial amounts of protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals. They go well in both sweet and savoury recipes. Try them in your favorite chili, do up a soup with adzuki beans and sweet potatoes, or put in ice cream or into oatmeal with coconut milk for a delicious breakfast porridge. Grown in China.
