Description

Aromatic, sweet, and spicy, cardamom is used in both sweet and savoury drinks, desserts, and dishes. Whole pods can be boiled to extract the flavourful punch provided by the peel’s essential oils, as well as cracked open and ground for fresh flavour. Cardamon tea has been used medicinally to aid in digestion, relieve congestion, and detoxify the body. Grown in Guatemala.
