Description

Kombu is used in many traditional Japanese dishes. Kombua provides an umami flavour enhancer and is great in soups, brothy noodle bowls, and more. Hand-picked, warm-air cured Laminaria from the clean, cold waters of Vancouver Island’s west coast. Contained in a re-sealable and reusable bag to maintain freshness.
