Hibiscus, also known as Flor de Jamaica, isa staple in Latin cuisine. The flowers are sweet and tangy and often used in teas and lemonades. They’re also great in desserts (syrups and garnishes) and entrees, lending a beautiful ruby red colour. Grown in Egypt.
