Cinnamon is the brown bark of the cinnamon tree and one of the oldest known spices. Sweet and rich organic Ceylon (“true”) cinnamon is not only delicious but helps maintain blood sugar, has anti-microbial activity (such as Candida growth), and boosts brain function.
