Return Policy

In-store ReturnPolicy

The receipt and product must be presented for any and all refunds/exchanges. Items bagged in-house. No exceptions. If you think you may want to return an item, please ask for a receipt.

Items bagged in-house cannot be returned for exchange or refund after leaving the store as we cannot verify they have not been opened and therefore cannot resell them.

Items that are sealed and in resellable condition will be accepted for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. A staff member/management will decide if an item is in resellable condition. A receipt must be present for all returns.

Overdue or compromised items that have been opened will be accepted for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. A receipt and the product must be presented and the product will be tested by a staff member or management. If the product is deemed not rancid or compromised, we reserve the right to deny a refund/exchange.

Jar returns: only clean/non-chipped jars will be accepted as returns to claim the $1 deposit. There are no jar despotic on some products, including Real Raw butters, Naked Coconuts, and Nuts to You jars. Please don’t return these but reuse or recycle them.

All refunds will be given in cash or put towards that day’s purchases.

 

Online Store Return Policy

We hope that all of our products meet or exceed your expectation, and want to know if any fall short of your expectations. All returns require pre-approval and are at the discretion of Eternal Abundance. Please email us at orders@eternalabundance.ca and include your order number and the reason for return.

Returns must be made no later than 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Unopened items will only be granted a full refund if the product is received in resalable condition; however, the cost of the original shipping as well as return shipping is at the expense of the customer and will not be refunded. If you refuse a shipment from Eternal Abundance you will be responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Returns due to quality issues will be at the expense of Eternal Abundance (including return shipping cost). Eternal Abundance will do its best to protect meltable items (chocolate bars, cacao paste) from damage, but returns will not be accepted on these items. Issues are to be taken up by the customer with with Canada Post.

Refunds will only be issued to the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
