Shipping Information

Eternal Abundance will, in most cases, process and finalize your order within 2-3 business days. All orders are subject to final verification for availability and price, prior to shipment. If there is any problem with your order, you will receive a notification via email. If an item(s) is unavailable, the remainder of your order will be shipped without requiring your confirmation. Eternal Abundance reserves the right to refuse your order at any time and for any reason, at which time you will receive email notification and will be reimbursed for the full amount if payment has been collected.

Eternal Abundance will ship based on your chosen shipping method, and will contact you if any items require special shipping arrangements (ex. items that melt during hot weather will need to be expedited or delayed, for example). The estimated time of arrival for your order should be considered an estimate only, and Eternal Abundance will not be responsible for any damages or losses due to delays in shipping. Once your order and shipping are finalized, we will charge your credit card for the total order amount including applicable sales taxes and shipping costs. All charges are stated in Canadian currency. Upon shipping, you will be sent an email confirmation as well as package tracking number (where applicable). Eternal Abundance uses a third party shipping service provider will not be liable for any loss, damages, or expense due to shipping from the moment the third party provider receives your order.

Currently Eternal Abundance ships to Canadian addresses using Canada Post Expedited Parcel, which allows for tracking and liability coverage up to $100. We can only ship dried goods and shelf stable products, not perishable products. Perishable product shipping is being explored within Metro Vancouver but is currently unavailable. Shipping to US and international addresses is not yet available but is being explored (updated Oct 28, 2018)
