Organic Almonds (Unpasteurized)

Description

Great for nut milks, pates, desserts, and other dishes. Almonds are a very good source of vitamin E and manganese, and a good source of magnesium, copper, riboflavin (vitamin B2), and phosphorus, as well as molybdenum and calcium. As with most nuts and seeds, soak (sprout) for maximum nutrition and proper digestion. Grown in Italy or Spain. Non-pasteurized.
