Cacao beans are naturally high in several minerals, especially manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, iron and zinc. In addition to minerals, cacao also contains some caffeine and theobromine. Naturally contains about 40% cocoa butter. Considered to be Raw Cacao.
