Our team has been hard at work creating new, flavorful, colorful, healthy and delicious smoothies and smoothie bowls, and they are finally here!

Let us introduce you to our new Smoothie Bowl flavors.

Mighty Matcha
Made with Amoda Tea’s first harvest matcha green tea, this smoothie bowl is full of antioxidants and offers a nutritious kick! We’ve kept it simple using creamy banana and coconut milk, so our quality matcha is the star of the show. We’ve topped this smoothie bowl with banana and strawberry slices, blueberries, rolled oats and cacao nibs. This bowl is certainly a great way to start off your day.

West Coast Majik
Inspired by the waters that surround us on the West Coast, this smoothie uses E3 Live’s Blue Majik Powder to achieve the beautiful blue color. Blue Majik is a superfood rich in vitamin B12, vitamin A and iron. We’ve topped this smoothie bowl with blueberries, kiwi, cacao nibs and coconut shreds.

Cacao Kapow!
For the chocolate lovers everywhere! Cacao Kapow uses both raw cacao powder and raw cacao paste to achieve a rich chocolatey flavor. Combined with the creaminess of banana and almonds, this smoothie is a decadent chocolate dream. Topped with banana slices, cacao nibs, coconut shreds, almonds and shaved cacao paste. Enjoy as the best breakfast ever or as a delicious, light dessert.

Pink Haze
This bright raspberry smoothie is refreshing and fruity, made extra vibrant with nutritious beetroot powder. Topped with almonds, cacao nibs, raspberries, cacao paste and coconut flakes.

After many requests and examining all the great local coffee suppliers we are now offering organic single-origin Costa Rican coffee from social enterprise East Van Roasters. We brew it to order in a French Press with your choice of cashew or coconut milk. In the warmer weather we’ll offer iced coffees, too!

#PlantBasedBowl challenge Feb 22-Mar 18

Cafes around the city are crafting their best plant-based bowl for Vancouver Foodster’s #PlantBasedBowl challenge running from Feb 22-Mar 18. Our submission is a base of spinach and lettuce tossed in a creamy avocado lime dressing, with a side of spiced grilled tempeh by @Tempea, roasted smoky carrot sticks, crowned with crispy blue corn tortilla chips and finished off with sunflower sprouts from @GiddyUpAndGrow. It’s a rainbow of a dish!

Eternal Abundance is hosting a five course Valentine’s prix fixe dinner on Feb 14th. The menu includes raw and cooked food options, as well as a wine pairing option.

The Hot Chocolate Festival starts Jan 20!

The 8th Annual Hot Chocolate Festival is about to begin! Over 35 chocstars cafes and treat makers are coming together to present 75 unique creations just for the festival, the majority of which are decadent and a few are just plain odd! This is our second year to participate and we’ve created:

GLOWball sugar-free treats are back

If you weren’t lucky enough to try the GLOWBalls from @glowchocolate.love years ago, well now is your chance!  Truly sugar-free decadent little morsels of heaven that are only sweetened with stevia. Current flavours are Caramel Lucuma Almond, Mint & Hemp, and Coconut Cream Pie, with new flavours appearing every few months. Available individually or in 4-paks.

New menu launches Oct 6

With the transition to cooler weather we’re changing up our menu. From October 6 changes will include removing a few raw items (Pad Thai and Zugghetti), adding more options to our Incredi-bowl, a few new smoothies (Iron Hero and Mighty Matcha), Smoothie Bowls, and more.
